What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per model for cushions and 100 pieces per model for parasols. For first-time orders or trial runs we can accommodate smaller quantities — contact us to discuss your requirements.
What certifications do your fabrics and frames hold?
All canopy and cushion fabrics are tested per ISO 105-B02 for colour fastness and rated UV 80+. Our aluminum frames use 6063-T5 alloy with 60–80 µm powder coating tested to ASTM B117 salt-spray standards. Fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 compliant.
How long does sampling and production take?
Sample development typically takes 15–20 days after artwork and fabric confirmation. Bulk production runs 30–45 days depending on order size and complexity. We ship FOB Ningbo and can arrange CIF or DDP on request.
Can you develop custom colours or Pantone-matched fabrics?
Yes. We offer solution-dyed polyester in any Pantone TPX reference. Custom colour development takes 7–10 days for lab-dip approval, with a minimum run of 1,000 metres of fabric per colour.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Both. For OEM, we manufacture to your specifications and packaging. For ODM, our design team can develop exclusive product lines based on your market positioning — from 3D concept to production tooling.
What quality control measures do you follow?
We run inline inspections at every production stage and AQL 2.5 pre-shipment audits. Third-party inspections (SGS, TÜV, BV) are welcomed. Every shipment includes a full QC report with photo documentation.
